Question about Bruising
Hi all,
For those who don't know I've been following DANDR (atkins extended induction because I have so much to lose) for 9 months now and 90lbs down. I've recently started noticing random bruising on my calves and lower legs. I'm totally on plan and I drink lots of water, take a multivitamin....but for the life of me and all the research I've done online I can't figure out what's causing the bruising. Any ideas? |
try taking a vitamin C and K supplement. for some reason that seems to work. i dont know the science behind it or the reason why but it works
