If I don't get enough sleep, then I definitely don't show a daily loss on the scale. Pushing through for better results tomorrow. Tomorrow morning I'm moving though so it will be a busy day and definitely not getting much sleep tonight because of some last minute packing. |

Dinner was a ribeye steak with baked mushrooms and cheese. Really frustrated to see that on the scale this morning. |

My calorie intake is right, my carbs are within induction guidelines only coming from veggies and eggs. Protein intake is not too small and not too big. I'm kind of throwing my hands up at this point saying what the heck! |

Hang in there. Who knows what is going on with your body adjusting…… Maybe you can measure yourself rather than weigh in for a while or just do a zero carb day to restart. In any case, you are doing things correctly. Sometimes the scale makes no sense…… All the best to you and don't give up! Virtual hugs! :) NO weigh in for me to day so……..maybe tomorrow! I did stay on track and am thankful for that! Best of luck everyone! :) |
