Does anyone take any vitamins/supplements?

  • And if so, have you found a good brand of multi-vitamins that is iron-free? (which is what all the Atkin's books suggest)

    I just recently started taking: magnesium, fiber, ALA (antioxidant), fish oil
  • I take fish oil, selenium, b-complex, MVI and need to start taking magnesium and fiber
  • I take a probiotic, magnesium with calcium, biotin, and vitamin d. Alive Max Potency is one multi that doesn't have iron.

  • I drink Green Vibrance as it contains billions of probiotics, has lots of vitamins and minerals.

  • Well, forget about taking a full scoop of Green Vibrance as I just read the label, duh!! 1 scoop is 7 carbs, not good for Atkins! So I will use 1/2 scoop so it will be 3-1/2 cups...
