Just Started

  • My name is Josh and just started induction yesterday. I did Atkins around 10 years a go and had very good success. As such, giving it another go now. I am currently at 270 and have a goal of 195. Just wanted to introduce myself and look forward to participating in this forum.

    Welcome Josh. I recently returned to Atkins after a 25 year absence. I have had very good progress on Atkins Induction and I have stayed on it past the initial 14 days. I have lost 32 pounds in 49 days on Induction. You can also.

  • hi everyone my name is Jamie. i will be starting tomorrow. i did IP about 2 years ago and lost right at 100 pounds. but with a few health issues have put it back on. wanted to give Atkins a try, so here i am.
  • any and all advise would be great. tips on how much of protein to eat at meals what works best for example.
