Starting tommorow.....excited!
 

I'm just finishing up my book and am committing to starting tommorow! :carrot: I have eating 80% paleo for the past couple of months so I'm hoping it won't be too difficult. I'm not having any luck with drinking my coffee without honey though so I think I'm just going to give it up. I believe it's the sweetness I enjoy rather than the actual coffee, so no point in trying to force myself to like coffee. :) Looking forward to getting to know you all. :D

Starting Atkins on May 5th

I also started doing Atkins yesterday. I am still reading the book but I did this diet 15 years ago, so I am familiar with it. I have been reading this forum and it is a great support and inspiration.
I wish all the starters great success. I want to update my successes and challenges here to be accountable for my with loss. I am 180 pounds right now, my goal is 135 .:)
