Im usually a morning weigher and i didnt get to weight this morning, headed out the door at 2:30 am. my manager called me at 2:00 am with the news she is going to be a granma like now, lol. I have been running on 3 hours of sleep all day, now im finally home i got to cook supper and get straight to bed and get up again at 2:30am.. so i went ahead and weighed, and it said 190.8.. Yeah at least it didnt go up... but tonight i gonna give up on counting my carbs.. i gonna fix me a burger and fries and get to bed.. maybe there wont be to much damage..

I am hoping you are kidding about the burger and fries..... That is not Atkins, counting carbs is the ONLY way to do this, and that is most definitely not supportive to the group you are a part of.

Michaloula, looks like i am going to pay for it to. the scales went up.. next time i hope i think smarter and leave off the bread and have pork rinds instead... well now somewhat starting over losing the same pound again...

To respond about my off plan day, im sure most has done it. Thats why we say we fell off the wagon. The main thing is jump back on.. Only carbs on my burger was the bun, 18 carbs, and my fries, i only had 6 or 7 which was about 10 carbs, total of 28 carbs. Not to bad for a off plan day.. i had sausage egg and cheese at work 0 carb and didnt have time for lunch.. Running all day on 3 hours of sleep. When i got home i had 2 hours to eat get a shower and go to bed to be at work again at 2:30 in the morning..I thought support was helping each other through the good days and bad days..
No one has to respond to this post.. I felt like i needed to explain my day... I almost wanted to just give up on this forum, but i know that wouldnt help me none.. So i dicided it would be better to just explain.. Sorry if i offended anyone.. |
No one is offended it is just that we run on 20 carbs a day, falling off the wagon is something we don't ok or justify and the best support you can give an addict (food addiction is real or we wouldn't be here) is no nonsense truth and non acceptance of deviating from the right and real way to do this WOE!!! Anyway I'm off my pedestal now.

I know what addiction is, i am a recovering Alcoholic, 6 weeks clean as of yesterday, from a 20 year everyday addiction. These things are all around us. I choose to stay strong and not let it bother me. I had 2 here at my house yesterday drinking at a small dinner I had. And at work i stock it and sell it everyday.. Jesse i read your bad days are Margaritas... Falling is falling, yes we do fall.. Getting back on is what matters.. Good luck to us all in whatever area we need it in... now back to losing some weight..
