I don't know if I wasn't paying attention or what, but after many times just trying to "tough out" sugar cravings, I read Jersey Girl's note to try eating something fatty.
I ate a couple of avocados or cream cheese when I had a craving, and I am doing so much better. Thanks so much KIM |

Oh, I am so glad to find this!!! I've had a couple of days this past week that the cravings were horrid and now I've got ammunition! :D
