On a side note, I find that right after TOM I get a whoosh, but then when I start my birth control pill again (My pills are set up where you don't take any the week of your period), I always show a small gain and then takes a few days to hit another whoosh. Anyone else experience this?

shan I am done with TOM but I do know that he can cause a lot of problems with weight loss. The best thing I ever did was have him surgically removed.
Anyone have any suggestions on what to take into the movie theater so I can chew on something other then popcorn?
