Gw: 383.0 1/5: 388.0 1/6: 389.5 - big dinner last night and TOM on the horizon. 1/7: 388.8 1/8: 388.2 TOM has arrived. 1/9: 388.4 1/10: 384.4 Happy dance! I got my whoosh I was waiting for. 1/11: 384.4 one more day til my weekly weigh in. Come on! 1/12: 384.4 1/13: 384.0 a little wiggle down not much yet though I didn't get enough water in yesterday so I'll be working to reverse that today and hope to get a whoosh by mid week. Hope everyone is having a good start to their week. |

1/13. 176.4 1/14. Dnw I have been tracking everything in fitness pal. When I look the nutrition data, it is very obvious how little fiber and iron I am consuming. What do you do for fiber and iron? Are probiotics, Metamucil, or micro lax allowed? |
