    Sue thanks a bunch, yes it is like fall weather and aside from the bug bites we had an awesome time... Moving daily is really making a difference in my scale daily!!!

    Ok, I know I keep saying this, but I am totally going to do yoga tonight. I will come back and post when I am finished. If I don't, y'all please call me out!! Yell at me, tell me to get off my butt and do the work, something. I need a little in my life!

    Well I was doing the all meats and less than 7 carbs all fat thing and it worked great for a couple of days dropping pounds but I think I took it to far cause I am not "moving" like I normally do and am gaining and I can tell you where it is all hiding out... time to eat a big salad and flush my system and go back to the right menu sorry I'm sure that's more than yall wanted to know....
