7 day induction results-How did i do?

  • Hi guys, OK so today is my 7th day of incution. All week I have been very strict with carbs sticking to 20g or slightly under. I have been mainly eating, Bacon, eggs, steak, tuna, chicken and various veg. I have also cut my coffee down to 1 cup in the morning, with no sugar or sweetener (I used to drink around 4-5 cups with 2 sugars.) My water intake has been great.

    So i stepped on the scales this morning and i am down 9lbs from mjy starting weight. I just wanted to know if this was a good result for the first week or not? Im pretty happy with it. I am also starting to feel alot "lighter".
