Ok, after basically a week of just eating whatever I felt like all the time, I'm ready to get back on the wagon. I have also come to an interesting conclusion...eating junk doesn't make me feel better. Well, it does, but only for about 2 minutes, then I feel worse, not because I'm guilty or whatever, but I physically feel terrible. I was having heartburn and stomache cramps and all kinds of unpleasantness. So back on the wagon for me! :)

Hey Sue, I am feeling so much better. I am still slowly rebuilding my stamina so I can get back to my longer walks. But everyone keeps telling me that they can see that I feel better. :) And yay for the job! Definitley a reason to celebrate.
