weekend drinking
 

:devil: I am a weekend drinker! Its like tradition, this is creating a very pissy and moody me, like twice I have been in the car with wallet in hand to go get some tequilla and then stomped back into the house hung up the keyes and pouted around for a while.... any way I step on the scale to remind me pop a slice of my daily cheese in my mouth and tell the inner beast to SHUT UP!!!! But folks this is rough!!! :dizzy:

Wow I admire you for sticking to your goals! My inner beast wants frosted cake, as opposed to alcohol. fwiw the less you reward a habit, the easier it becomes to keep ignoring it. The inner beast actually does get quieter.
