Default Found a Chocolate Bar that is Atkins Acceptable

By Proti-Diet. It is called Chocolate Dream and I get them from Nashua Nutrition.

It is 160 calories, 110 from fat
Total Carbs - 6
Dietary Fiber - 2
NET CARBS - 5

Protein - 10 grams

Really great for pre-TOM visit cravings!!

is it any good?? I jusy tried the brownie bar from quest - not the greatest bar (oatmeal cookie from lindora!), but totally acceptable. The lindora bar would not have worked with atkins

It definitely isn't godiva LOL but it is a pretty close second to a Krackle bar. It is good for when you really really need something chocolate (like during TOM). Otherwise I have been trying to retrain my brain to not want sweet things. I can't control them.
