Shoot.. I got my bounce back after whoosh week.. Oh well.. it happened.. now to get rid of it! SW 240.6 1/18 239 (-1.6) OOOHHH I love being in the middle of a woosh! 1/19 238 (-2.6 total) still wooshing.. maybe 1 more day?! Ooooo maybe 2!! 1/20 238 (-2.6 total) I ate the same... nothing more and walked more steps than I have ever-since I started keeping track. carried 100 of plants from garage to back porch and did not lose. not even an oz BOOOOO 1/21 237.8 (-2.8total) HARD FOUGHT! but I got something! 1/22 238.4 (-2.2 total) shoot! and I was ON PLAN too! Really unclear what's going on with my weight - eating is truly spot-on. I'm guessing monthly hormones, but I had a hysterectomy a few years ago and so really don't pay attention anymore (I kept my ovaries so still have the fluctuations). If that's the se I should see a big drop soon - and if it's not I'm not sure what to do. I'm going to stay the course through Monday.
