I am listening to it at the moment and enjoying what they are saying. Partly explains why at my age I have to keep my carbs so very low.

This is a very long video and I listened to it while working on another project off and on through my day. I couldn't have sat and watched/listened to it all in one shot and I wanted to have something else I was doing at the same time but it was VERY worth listening to and I probably will listen again another day to catch the parts that my mind wandered and I missed a thing or two.

I do recommend it even if you have to listen to it in spurts.
