Didn't make it to the gym last night, because Advil couldn't even touch the aches in my legs from the stupid Insanity class on Sunday. This morning is still a struggle, but I'm going to force myself to go and do strength training (and spend some time on the bike, if the elliptical is too painful). I'm determined to finally get to 213 and have it stick!

So I binged last night....I had planned on (and tracked ) a burger last night. The boyfriend decided he wasn't hungry at dinner time (and he's the one that grills) so didn't make them. I then took that as carte Blanche to eat about half the stuff in my cabinet/freezer. I did track everything (I use MFP to keep myself accountable) and it wasn't as bad as it *could* have been...but it wasn't pretty either. Am I mentally sabotaging myself? Anyway, back at it today.

I am up the tinest bit, but not bad since I had Chinese yesterday. It had been awhile, so I am proud I didn't do more damage.
