Foliage season is upon us, so I think I'll also go for a walk at the harbor tonight, instead of the gym. Told the bf he was on his own tonight for dinner - he eats way later than I do on Fridays. I've cooked every night this week, which is too much for me!
0.2 is still a loss! Not sure if my body is holding onto every bit of water it can, because dinner last night was smoked ham, American cheese, and pickles, or if I'm just not destined for an induction "whoosh". Either way, I haven't been having the hungries this week, nor have I been craving sugars and candy, which I'll take as a win!
Today I'm going to my mom's to celebrate birthday, part 2. Luckily my sister is a weird-food person, and won't look too strangely upon me pulling cheese and turkey pepperoni out of my bag to munch on
Tuscany.. you had lost yesterday and you are amazing! Are your clothes falling off yet? even the new ones?
IAN... I hope that dinner was nice and comfy last night and you both enjoyed yourselves!

SW 256 true / old -242 (up again this morning)
CW 252.0 true / old 238.0 (-4 total)
GW 251
I had a massive meal last night. All seafood but with fries, bread and dessert.
So up 2.6lbs today even though I skipped lunch yesterday and skipped breakfast today. I think I can make a dent in the gain though. The easier it comes the easier it goes. It's getting rid of the old stuff I have trouble with.
Congrats on the 2 lbs, Sue...that's terrific! Nice loss for you too, Sarah.
Ian: Dinner sounds wonderful. We need to treat ourselves now and then. And you're right...the "new" pounds are easily shed...it's the old ones that seem to feel they have a permanent home and don't want to leave.
Mara: Congrats on losing over 50 lbs. That's a terrific accomplishment!
I was down another 1/4 lb this morning. And yes, Sue, the local tailor will be making lots of money from me with all my alterations. I believe he's looking to hire more staff as a result!
