I may have posted this question on the incorrect board before (not sure)
..so I'm reposting the question here
Would someone please tell me for Induction how much Heavy cream can be use? Is it 3Tbs?
I can't seem to find my book either this morning, so if someone would help me just for today about this, I would appreciated it.

I use a cup of heaving whipping cream for my quiche....didn't know there was a limit on how much you could use.

Yes, the limit on heavy cream during Induction is 3 Tablespoons.
