Thanks everyone for the good wishes! I took my son out for lunch yesterday, although I stayed OP by ordering grilled chicken and a salad. No change in my weight this morning, which is ok by me.
PrettyMom: Sometimes the darn scale just has a mind of its own and there's neither rhyme nor reason to the number it comes up with. I too gained several days in a row last week, despite remaining OP and exercising at least 2 hours a day. Indeed, one day I was really busy and didn't find time for lunch...so I ended up eating about 800 calories that day. Yet, up went the number on the scale. When that happens, you just need to stay on plan and give the scale a stern "talking to"...that generally works!
