Thanks everyone for the good wishes! I took my son out for lunch yesterday, although I stayed OP by ordering grilled chicken and a salad. No change in my weight this morning, which is ok by me.
PrettyMom: Sometimes the darn scale just has a mind of its own and there's neither rhyme nor reason to the number it comes up with. I too gained several days in a row last week, despite remaining OP and exercising at least 2 hours a day. Indeed, one day I was really busy and didn't find time for lunch...so I ended up eating about 800 calories that day. Yet, up went the number on the scale. Thanks Sue and Tuscany. You are absolutely correct, there is no reason for the gain, yet it happens. I can't say is not disappointing, but I should pay more attention to the overall trend and not so much the daily variations. I did better today, but I'm still higher than a few days ago.

I am sitting in the caboose of that darn weight gain train ( the one going the wrong direction) here.... but at least the gaining stopped! So gonna try and buy a ticket on the RIGHT Train! Thinking that maybe tossing some of the stuff in my house will toss out the lbs too? Maybe????!!
