Atkins frozen meals

Good for induction ?

During Induction it is important to stick to real foods, plenty of veggies & salads and nothing thst isn't on the acceptable foods list.
That being said, the frozen meals may be OK in an occasional pinch but, they do contain maltodextrin and a considerable about of sodium.

I saw these at the store the other day and I was SO tempted to buy a few. lol I'm glad I resisted the urge!!
