My slight loss the other day was almost fully offset by a slight gain this morning, so I'm only down 0.25 net. I haven't had a whoosh in almost 2 weeks...I'm due. Good luck to everyone else!

I've been working very long hours this week, so no exercise at all. I need some motivation from the scale, but not much is happening there.

Way to go guys! My scale said 254.9,but I am waiting to see.

Ian it is just a blip. You work hard so the little gain will be gone in no time.

Ian - pizza happens. As long as it doesn't happen often you're gonna be right back showing losses again. I'd bet there was a fair amount of sodium in it, and you'll have a whoosh soon!

sue - yes, I'm back on track and ALMOST over the insane carb cravings that started when I kicked myself out of ketosis.

Thanks ladies for the support. I had a great day OP yesterday, ran at lunch and (for the first time) worked out in the evening. I am tired today.

And guess what? Up 1lb.

Fastest to gain 5lbs challenge anyone?!!!!!

I am seriously iuntrigued about what my body is going to do with this. There is going to be one almighty whoosh coming.

Ian I am sorry that this is happening to you.... I know how you feel as I gained 3 LBS last night?! So for once in months I am beating you to the 5 lbs gain contest I don't like it tho.. I want to abdicate! We just have to BELIEVE that it is just a blip! Just a pot hole in the highway of life. I believe that it will go away.. Maybe just a test of our resolve? I don't feel any heavier... but my jigglies are not as jiggly this morning.. I BELIEVE it for the 2 of us and anyone else suddenly finding the water ADD-ON Fairy visited them in the middle of the night...

Just gotta believe! and "Smile with Liver" (Eat,Pray,Love)

Sorry Sue and everyone else to hear about the gains. But way to go Superheroteacher on the 2lbs!

I am down 0.6lbs today. I have have had enough and am back on the losing streak baby!
