It feels good not to cheat

I have been really good lately which I can't always say. It feels like a victory when I don't cheat and I stay on Atkins. Eating this way will get me to my weight loss goal.

Yeah Sunny Good for you! I too have been good today as I am working hard to get rid of my bad choices last week (after my car died and I felt alone in the world)... So yep... Sticking to basics always works! :) High Five to you! and me too!

Good advice Sunny! It's really hard sometimes and discovering you have the will to stick to something is good for the body and mind.
