    IAN What's up? Please say that you are not Thinking about it TOO much!!! Oh I hope not. I have a feeling that that is what happened to Elvis! Have alot of fun today (HAPPY FATHERS DAY TO YOU!) running around after the kids, running, cutting the grass and hopefully relaxing with wonderful weather. YOU WILL BRAKE THAT WALL! Our friend is also routing for you!

    Kate... Going for a run.. I think that that was marvelous and I bet your scale showed a happy no!! Are we 5 hours difference? Is your time similar to London's? I tried looking at the map but relief maps just don't line up North and South pole countries (much less continents) correctly always...
  • Thanks Sue. It is on my mind but my habits have not changed so I do not know what is going on. I ran 5k today and am about to go swimming with the kids. I hope that blasts me into the 190s tomorrow!

    Sue at the moment we are one hour ahead of London.. it changes during their daylight savings to two hours ahead though.
    I was very pleased with my weigh in this morning! Down 1.1lbs from yesterday!!

    Today has been fathers day as you know.. And I had a bit of pudding at my parents house and like 3 glasses of wine.. So I'm not sure what tomorrow will hold for me. But we'll see tomorrow I guess! I'm starting to see a pattern in my weight loss over the last week. It seems that the day after I run I will be down 0.9lb - 1.1lb, then the next day I'll either maintain or gain 0.2lbs. But after I run it goes down again 0.9lb - 1.1lb again.
    I did a lovely 9.5km run yesterday. When I was training for my first half marathon, I used to run that route with not one stop but yesterday I had to walk about three times for a few min each time. Looking forward to running the route without walking again.
