Sue at the moment we are one hour ahead of London.. it changes during their daylight savings to two hours ahead though.

Today has been fathers day as you know.. And I had a bit of pudding at my parents house and like 3 glasses of wine.. So I'm not sure what tomorrow will hold for me. But we'll see tomorrow I guess! I'm starting to see a pattern in my weight loss over the last week. It seems that the day after I run I will be down 0.9lb - 1.1lb, then the next day I'll either maintain or gain 0.2lbs. But after I run it goes down again 0.9lb - 1.1lb again.
I did a lovely 9.5km run yesterday. When I was training for my first half marathon, I used to run that route with not one stop but yesterday I had to walk about three times for a few min each time. Looking forward to running the route without walking again.
