My calories...EGAD!

    Out of curiosity I was logging my food to check percentages...and of course it gave me the calories...

    2,242 calories projected for today!

    I should have never looked! lol
    68% fat 30% protein and 2% carbs...so that is good at least...LOL.

    Still...it freaks me out. Not going to change it tho...

    I just want to comment on your "EGAD".. it made me laugh.
    The last time I read that somewhere was in Archie Comics when I was a kid. It was something Veronica Lodge's father would often say.
    Never thought it was an actual expression

    LOL..it's not...I never say that word outloud...but I think it in my head all the time!
