Well done everyone on doing so well. Anyway, it's Tuesday so I am back to my weekly gain. Up 1.6lbs today. Argh. I hope I can shake it off at the gym and then playing tennis this evening.

Today... Blaaaaahhhhh. up almost 6 lbs from the weekend. I know why, and it's certainly not because I overate by 21,000 calories, so I will just hang in there until next week when this water weight whooshes back off.

I am so sorry that some of you have gained weight... What is it? Is there something in the air? Are we thinking ahead to Memorial day and its BBQ's? IAN... I am going to treat myself to some beers YES indeed. It is a holiday and why not help out a local brewery and taste something new and just relax.. Sounds fun to me...

Are any of you having party plans this weekend??

No party plans (yet), Sue... but we are thinking about firing up the smoker and smoking a few pork shoulders to make pulled pork. We make a ton and then vacuum seal and freeze it, then boil the frozen packages to reheat it... it ends up tasting just like fresh. We have a good vinegar-based spicy sauce for it that doesn't have too many carbs (we use erythritol instead of the sugar it calls for), so it won't even mean going off plan!

ooohhhh That sounds yummmyyyyy Telorida I might BBQ (I have one of those 2 person charcoal grills) some burgers and freeze them... Meat just tastes better BBQ'd!!!

Tennis was so much fun Tel! And it reversed my gain. Down 1.4lbs today. I'm back in it to win it! Hope you all lose today.

196 again today!! Hope everyone has a downdowndown day!!!

WannaskipandlaughNice job on fitting into the clothes!! Going to our neighbor's Memorial Day BBQ!! He is italian and makes the most wonderful, carb-filled foods - so it is a challenge for me - I plan to stick to the BBQ meats, green salad and any plain veggies and staying away from the desserts. I am bringing something low carb for the party but I am not sure what it will be yet. My goal is to get through the weekend at 196!!

I haven't seen any gains today, great job!! You guys are a tough group to beat on these challenges.

I have become extremely antisocial while trying to lose weight because it is very hard for me to go to a party and not be able to eat all the great food or drink anything other than water (I do not like diet soda). I have to learn to say no to temptation.

Yay everybody is doing well!! I knew the water gains were gonna start dropping =)

Im still holding at 203.5. As long as its not going up, im happy =)
