    Starting weight:208.0

    Goal weight:203.0 (almost Onederland, oh I can't wait!)
  • Hi - It's me (slow loser/virtual stalker!!). I'm at 203 - I'd be happy to lose 1-2 pounds during this challenge - 5 might be a little out of my league!!

  • I had a scale scare this morning. I stepped on the scale and it said 227.4. I was about to cry, then I stepped off and back on and it said 226.6. I took that as my number and stepped off before it changed its mind. I really hope 226.6 is the correct number.

  • Thanks Sue. I leave for Turkey on Friday. I have massive water retention from the gym, so I am already in a bad spot!

    Kayin.... SHAZAA Already more than 1 lb down? GOODness that is wonderful. You are on a roll girl...

    Ian.... I read about your gym and all the exercising. That really does retain water as your muscles heal themselves and I am so sorry that it added to you.... you have been on such a roll.. But..... the muscles that you are growing will burn more calories in the long run and you will be toner (my legs are not as lumpy looking with all the walking I am doing) You are doing a good thing for yourself and you might not be as sore on the plane ride either. I bet you will flush that water weight out by Thursday... right before you go.... then you will give Kayin a run here in this thread. Tho I am trying too now that I am not stalled anymore

    Everyone is doing so well.. yes even you slow loser/stalker Lulu and KATE you are doing great!! Gosh less than 20 lbs to Final Goal... that line is in the neighborhood now and not the next town away (Mine (final goal) is still in a different country trying to get moved to a state)
