    Haven't weighed myself because I got mandated at work last night to work an overnight so probably will skip today's weigh in.

  • Ugh... up 3 pounds today due to a "carbup" of 200g carbs that I did hoping to recover from a hard workout. Won't be doing that again for sure, but I went to my local nutrition centre and got some recovery protein and amino acid stuff so I'm hoping that will help me recover after hard workouts.

    Although I must say, the carbup did help me to workout 1 1/2 hours longer than usual today. (5 hours so far of flat and some hill walking) After that workout, I am BACK INTO KETOSIS thankfully, but I have to wait for tomorrow to see where my weight falls (still 3 pounds up!)
  • Kayin.... It will go away. You really did not eat enough calories to gain... its just our friend... WATER You will see it mellllttttttttt away!
  • Argh I feel so embarrassed.. Had a terrible past 2 weeks, really wasn't doing things properly! But anyway, as of yesterday I am back in the game and staying on plan!
