snacks on atkins?

i am tired of the same ole thing everyday! I found out that jimmy dean makes a 3 cheese omlet that helps with my breakfast, but now i need help with snacks, i normally have pork rinds and almonds with a cheese cube or beef jerky. i saw that i can have jello-gelatin sugar free, anyone know anymore snacks? :shrug:

I made those cheese crips on LInda's site with the cubed cheese and they taste just like cheezits! So yummy!
I also like to snack on some pork rinds, jello cups and if I haves some carbs to spare some dark cacao chocolate.

I did atkins a long time ago and I used to eat pork rinds dipped in cream cheese and loved it.
