Exercise
I've just started Atkins and was wondering how much to exercise during induction? I'm used to exercising quite a bit but I'm having trouble hitting my carbs and calories for the day.

During induction moderate to light exercise is okay but strenuous exercise is not a good idea until you know how your body (particularly your electrolyte levels) will react. After that I've not heard of anybody abstaining from exercise for any good reason.
