Happy Monday, everyone! Hope all is well..
So glad it's Monday. Weekends kill me. Eating is not on schedule and sometimes not on plan either. This weekend wasnt too bad but could've been better. I'm feeling the bloat today :mad: Today's eats: B: Scrambled egg w/ 2 pieces of bacon L: Chicken Stir Fry - 150g chicken with 100g bean sprouts D: Same as lunch S: 3/4c. Cottage Cheese, 2 Cheese Strings [before and after dr's. appt] & Quest Protein Bar [1/2 before and 1/2 after the gym] TOTALS: 1205 cals 36g net carbs 148g protein |
omelet with sausage and side of romaine lettuce
grilled salmon and veggies cheese stick broccoli and chicken sugar free jello and whipped cream |
B: coffee with 2oz Atkins Vanilla shake & the Atkins Choclate Carmel Protein bar
L: IN & OUT: 2 protien style( no bun-lettuce wrap) cheese bugers with onion but not spread just mustard S: atkins protein bar & coffee D: 2 Morning Star Soy bugers, and steamed Broccoli Plus lots of water 30min max incline Treadmill 30 min squat/circut trainning 15 stairmaster |
