So far I've had:
Breakfast: 3 eggs with habanero cheese on top, 1.75 net
Snacks: Pepperoni, cheese stick, yellow pepper with ranch, 6.25 net
Lunch: Salad with pickles and tomato, italian dressing, 6 Net

645 calories so far.

I might have breakfast for dinner, eggs and sausage which would be 3.5 net and about 460 calories. I need to have something else for a snack as filler.
