First Week Results

WOOHOO! 9.8 lbs. are gone, along with 2 inches off my waist! I'm feeling good and taking fewer/shorter naps. I think this new WOE is working!

Awesome!! I am logging my stats monthly since sometimes the scale can be trickly, it is nice to see those inches disappear!!
