Oh yea, the headache/sore throat turned into a full on cold :/ going to try to stay on plan the rest of the week (today was far from being on plan-yikes. I am not used to being so worn out!)

I made a chicken salad with almonds. It was delicious but I am still feeling a bit hungry and dreaming about a protein shake. Going to make my dreams come true tonight. Lol.

Tonight: got tons of fresh basil so we're having caprese salad with pancetta wrapped spinach rolls. It's going to be heaven:drool:

Tonight, pan fried ribeye steak and rapini ( cooked in the ribeye juices after deglazing the pan with Pinot noir). It was super yum. I love low carb ;)
