Good Point gapeach if you are doing things right etc.. then maybe you should have a talk with your doctor.. and I agree that no diet will work the same for everyone..

Okay, so in a low-carb diet, how many calories should we be having? I only focus on my net carbs but worry I'm not eating enough, too.

Dr. Atkins says not to go more than 6 waking hours without eating... Also either eat 3 large meals or 4 to 5 smaller ones. Your metabolism may be getting thrown off, but it could just be water weight! Good luck :)
