Any input, in drinking this? I have been trying to drink 8 glasses of regular water everyday and for the most part I do or at least close. I found some sugar/carb free flavored sparkling water though that I love and have been drinking it at night, about 3 glasses. Should this have any impact good or bad on my diet?

I drink perrier a lot. Sparkling water is just carbonated water. There really isn't anything to harm you in there. Google it, I recently read an article on it on livestrong.com.
I love the flavored sparkling water from Walmart...yum!
Sparkling WATER (Perrier etc.) is fine. Those "flavored" waters require a little more thought. If they contain aspartame, they should be avoided. If they're sweetened with Splenda, they should be limited.
