Hi, I have what is probably a dumb question. I have been on a diet for 14 weeks. It is going well but I have plateaued lately. I am thinking about trying to jump start the weight loss again by switching to Atkins. My current diet is already low(ish) carb (consume 60-80 g/day) with all of them coming from vegetables except for two pieces of low calories bread 2x/day.
My question is: If I am already low(ish) carbs, is Atkins going to jump start my weight loss? Thank you.
