Hey Violet we all have fell off the wagon before. So it definitely is much better to start a diet when you are ready and focused..... so just look ahead and leave the past where it is at in the past. learn from it and grow.

Violet, that's a cool link

181.0 today, I'm shocked! I'm just waiting for the slow down or the stall as TOM should come soon, but it's not here yet.

Happy, hope to be in the 170's soon

Welcome back Violet! As Steph said, don't worry, we all have had setbacks, you are not giving up, that is the most important thing. I had seen that link on Pinterest. It makes so much sense, because I had been avoid fat and bacon for years, but I still got fat, eating all the "low fat" junk. Now I eat only good whole food, and the pounds are coming off without much effort. Even my Dh, who doesn't need to lose anything, switched over to this way of eating because we really believe it is more healthy.

Steph WTG! It is great to see a loss when you are not expecting it.

Keep on doing it everyone.

AAAAHHHHHH!!!! I weighed myself yesterday and was 212. This morning - 216, with no eating OP. My darn TOM had better be on the way. So frustrating.

Stephanie - WOOT WOOT!

Serenity - not hideous? I bet you look fantastic. Spreadsheets- yes, I am a nerd.

Hello Violet!

Everyone keep trucking to Memorial Day!

Hi everyone!! And Violet - good to see you!

I was off plan for Saturday night visiting a friend. I managed to drag myself back on plan on Sunday despite a hang over (wine and vodka, ouch) but today somehow ended up a total fiasco. Back to clean induction eating now! It's such a different mindset once you have something you shouldn't, can't get the cravings out of my head.

Paying for it with a 2 pound water weight gain, boo. Ah well, it's good to have tangible evidence of the badness of sugar...

Good Morning, I am doing a quick fly-by before work to keep accountable. Well, I didn't listen when the Atkins vets said don't use those Atkins bars. I was at the store and saw that they had the ones that were faux candy bars on sale. How could I resist? 120 cals and only 3 net carbs. Well, it seems for a sugar addict like myself it doesn't know the difference between real sugar or fake sugar. 'nuff said.

Today 100% OP as usual. Talk to you guys later.

Welcome DietCokehead!

AnaBee, I made a mistake like that last night. I had two glasses of wine :S My MIL bought it for dinner and offered it and somehow the word 'no' didn't come out of my mouth :P

I was shocked to see the number on the scale today, 180.4! The wine and dinner did work into my carbs, maybe that's why. Or I'll see a stall tomorrow (common for that kind of stuff to show up 2 days later)

Steph I hope you saw my correction from my last post.. I meant to say you may have another whoosh after TOM. TOM is here and in full force for me so no scale until at least Sunday..

LOL Steph you are so funny I'm not sure how many carbs are in wine..

Keep on doing it!

Serenity I'm dancing with ya I feel a bit terrible and have a sore throat I may have to break down and have some soup as I can't really swollow well si soup maybe the only way to eat something...

Sel, I'm the same way with weight. I'll weigh 3 pounds less in the afternoon after a full meal than on an empty stomach.. if TOM is around the corner that could be it..

Hang in there guys... we are creeping along to Memorial day.. I'm hoping I'll be at my goal weight but we will see. I haven't worked out since TOM and now with this sore throat I don't want to do nothing at all..
