Yep, that's good stuff. I also used crushed pork rinds on fish. The other day I made the most awesome catfish filets - rubbed the filets with mayo so the crushed pork rinds would stick, then once I coated them with the rinds, I baked the filets in the oven till nice and crispy.
Best catfish I've ever eaten.
