Day 5 so far.. no cheating! We even had to spend 2 days away from home. My son had same day surgery and had to be admitted. His O2 levels were to low after surgery and they coiuldn't keep him awake. So they admitted him and he bounced back well.

I have increased what I have been eating.. more snacks. All Atkins Induction friendly. THat seems to be helping ..

I'm glad he is doing better! It's good to have you back! You should join in on the Halloween challenge with us! It says 20 pounds by Halloween, but some of us are shooting for smaller goals since we joined late! Hop on over and join us :)
