Back to basics
 

Hello my old friends on Atkins! & Hi! to new ones I will meet :) I have been away for awhile trying to live in a non- Atkins world :( Needless to say, I failed miserably. Being off the Atkins wagon is no bueno for me. The sugar cravings came roaring back as well as the pounds :( I have been at a new job since Dec. and I am totally stressed from it. I hate it actually. My personal life is a mess. And I would love to have about a week to do nothing but set down and cry to let it all out, but the tears just don't come. So here I am, rough and rugged again, because here I know people really care about me and really want to help me and see me succeed. So blessings to all! :)
