I am going to lose 10 lbs four times!

That is 84 days or 12 weeks. That requires losing 3.33 lbs per week. :carrot: I think I can I think I can.


I am done feeling this way - I cannot wait to be healthy. It begins today!

Not yet lol but I know I need to. I am planning on a 3 mile speed walk tonight plus some sit ups and push ups.

I don't want to dampen your enthusiasm, but IMHO 3.33 lbs a week sounds a bit overly optimistic. Especially at your starting weight. Are you sure that you're not setting yourself up for disappointment if you "only" lose 1-2lbs a week?

It's definitely an aggressive goal but is consistent with what I lose when I am on atkins. I won't be sad if I only lose 1-2 lbs/week. But I'd rather set an aggressive goal and try to meet it!
