Hey everyone! Starting Atkins today. I was supposed to start yesterday but I've been sick and it just didn't happen. I've never really done it before. A few years ago when I was in high school my Mom did it with great success and I half-heartedly followed along with her. I re-read the book over the weekend. I have pcos and struggle with insulin and need to be on low carb per doctor's orders. For about a month I have been freestyling it but have seen results so on a real plan starting today. I have the fridge loaded, eggs boiled and lots of sf jello to keep me away from the junk! I might post my food here for accountability.
