Best of luck! I'm returning to low carb too but now Atkins rather than South Beach. So far the only problem is boredom. Fortunately (from a diet point of view) I don' t have kids at home to feed anymore.

Nice to have company on the journey.

I am new too. I know what you mean about kids not wanting to eat diet foods LOL. Thank heavens my daughter is so adventurous and willing to try different things but she, of course, got sick of all the new stuff. I like this way of eating too. We get to eat most of the same things but she still has the bready stuff. She is a skinny super active kid with a crazy fast metabolism like her dad LOL.
