I am loving this. I worried for nothing LOL. I am eating more veggies consistently than before and I enjoy veggies! And I am not hungry! And I have lost 5lbs in those 6 days. Yes I know it is mostly water but that means to me that things are heading in the right direction. I lost about 15 lbs over 3 months (and then stalled out for a couple months when my husband left) prior to starting atkins. This is the easiest thing I have done. While doing this I can see that though there may be challenges and set backs I can maintain this, eat like this for years. Finally feeling like that picture in my head of what I want for myself will be attainable.
Good job! I'm on Day 4 of Induction, & besides feeling a little more sleepy than usual {I have a 10 month old though, so I'm ALWAYS sleepy}, I'm going pretty strong. I've lost 2lbs so far & I'm happy with that. I've lost 30lbs in the last 6 months & stalled out & got bored with my diet, so I decided to switch it up. I lost 30lbs doing Atkins about 6 years ago, then packed it all back on plus about 20 more lbs.
Anyway, good job! Keep it up! Let's keep each other motivated!
