Question Atkins website recipes..have you tried?

So i looked on the atkins website and found recipes .. a lot of them call for soya flour..i didnt think this was allowed on atkins?? is it?? is this part of the new book?

How much is being used? I'm pretty sure that I remember even older Atkins recipes calling for soy flour - for example to dredge meat in before frying, for example.

1 tablespoon of soy flour only has about 1g of net carbs, so in reasonable amounts it should be fine.
