Im back again since 2006
 

Hey everyone, Im back again...i lost my way and got fat again..lol
Its time for me to hop back aboard and start over...I lost about 50lbs last time i was here, so i know this works for me..I have gained the 50lbs back plus more...I got on the scales this morning and weighed 196.6..=(
Im lookin forward to reading everyones posts and making new friends along the way..Im starting induction today...:D Now lets see if i can remember how to reset my ticker thingie..lol

thank You!!.. Im gonna try..Life these days is hard..The food you need to eat right is not the cheapest way to go..i hope i can do this...Haveing to go back to work killed the time to prepare meals..we will see i guess... thanks...
