My biggest NSV yet!
 

I was digging for something to eat (we need to to grocery shopping) and decided on some pasta sauce that probably has sugar and quite a few carbs. I was thinking "some sugar one time isnt a big deal" and as I walked to the counter with the bowl in hand I saw myself in the glass sliding door standing there and I thought wow...

I'm not even that huge anymore!!!!! My tank top is hanging on me and below that my waist is small. My double chin is gone. My arms and fingers are slimmer. I am HALF the size I was when I started 7 months ago.

I put the sugary pasta sauce back and made a salad with ranch and mozzarella instead. I love Atkins!
