The scale is finally moving. I've decreased the amount of cheese I'm eating and it seems to be working. Here's today's plan:
Breakfast: Sausage quiche Tea w/Splenda Lunch: Salad mix Ham Asiago Cheese Mushrooms Ranch dressing Snack: Vanilla Atkins shake Dinner: Big Mac in a Bowl Total carbs: 22 |
Can't seem to get off this plateau. I've tried decreasing the amount of cheese I'm eating, with no success. After losing only 5 pounds in April, I'm going to try another diet plan. Atkins just does not work for me.
