My suggestion would be to severely limit the cheese and add more veggies or another salad with dinner.
All the best to you!!:)

Great advice JerseyGryl. I'll try your suggestions (1 to 2 oz cheese/day) and learn from your success.

Here's today's plan (with less cheese:dizzy:):

Sausage quiche - 1 oz cheese (2g carbs)
Coffee w/Splenda & heavy cream (1g)

Lunch:
Big Mac in a Bowl 1 oz cheese (5g)

Dinner:
Italian Meatball Burger (5g)
Salad Mix (3g)
Mushrooms (1g)
Ranch dressing (2g)

The scale is finally moving. I've decreased the amount of cheese I'm eating and it seems to be working. Here's today's plan:

Breakfast:
Sausage quiche
Tea w/Splenda

Lunch:
Salad mix
Ham
Asiago Cheese
Mushrooms
Ranch dressing

Snack:
Vanilla Atkins shake

Dinner:
Big Mac in a Bowl

Total carbs: 22

Can't seem to get off this plateau. I've tried decreasing the amount of cheese I'm eating, with no success. After losing only 5 pounds in April, I'm going to try another diet plan. Atkins just does not work for me.
